Well I had an alarm. I received nothing and it's been an hour now and I can't get a human at Brinks to answer
Horrible app.Very slow to pull up camera etc when you may be checking in on a potential emergency situation.
Functionality is very limited. Notifications can't be cleared. Certain features are not turned on and and cannot be turned on by the user, but you may spend hours before realizing this. You cannot manage the time delay before the alarm sounds when disarming.
Hey BRINKS!! READ YOUR YOUR REVIEWS. YOUR SOFTWARE IS GARBAGE INVEST SOME MONEY AND FIX IT INSTEAD OF RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. YOUR CAMERAS ARE OLD OUT DATED GARBAGE. WHATS THE POINT IN HAVING THEM IF THEY RECORD RANDOMLY. BUT WHEN THEY SHOULD BE CATCHING SOMEONE ON YOUR PROPERTY THEY DONT RECORD. CANT WAIT TILL MY CONTRACT IS UP SO I CAN DUMP THIS JUNK SERVICE

Worse company ever choose another security company before they lock you into a contract, not provide services and try to make you pay even more to leave.
Confusing, difficult.
Why when I disarm this damn system, the motion sensor still goes off and sends the cops out? I disable it!!!!
Automation is not ready, z wave plug unable to install.
